Phoenix LTX Accessory Protocol

Phoenix LTX accessory devices communicate with the tagger through the accessory connector using a bidirectional serial protocol and several signal lines.
Serial data is transferred using the following parameters:
- 2,000 baud (500µs/bit)
- 1 start bit
- 8 data bits
- 2 stop bits
- No parity
Data is transferred in blocks with a minimum 10ms delay between blocks.
