Checksum

The checksum signature of a packet is calculated by adding together the values of all of the other signatures in the packet. It is then truncated to the least significant 8 bits and the 9th bit is set to 1. The 9th bit differentiates a checksum signature from a packet type signature, which always has the 9th bit set to 0.
